Most people build a life out of other people’s expectations and then wonder why it doesn’t fit. I work with people who have hit the point of not being able to do another year of it, and who are ready to do something about it rather than read about it.
What are you actually chasing? Or read about the eight weeks first.
Five minutes. The questions I would ask you in person, and what is really underneath the goal you named.
Take the quizYou say you want the money, the business, the move. Underneath each of those is something you are actually after, and it is usually not the thing you named. Twelve questions, about five minutes, and one of them is the question you have been avoiding.
It is free, and you will not enjoy all of it.
Take the quiz
Parents, culture, a partner, whatever success was supposed to look like. Most people inherit the rules and then wonder why winning feels like nothing.
This is not the idea that you deserve a better life simply because you want one. You are probably capable of far more than the life you are currently accepting, and you will have to become the person who can build it.
You may not be able to leave the job, the relationship, the city or the financial situation tomorrow. That does not mean you change nothing today. Small decisions build capacity. Capacity creates options. Options create agency.
You may not be able to change everything today. You can start becoming the person who has more choices tomorrow.
I am not a therapist and I do not treat trauma or mental health conditions. We can look at patterns and where they came from. If what you need is clinical care, I will tell you.
You will not leave a call feeling inspired and then do nothing for a week. There is work between sessions and I will ask about it.
I will not tell you what your life should look like. Buying somebody else’s answer is most likely part of how you got here.
Eight weeks gets you direction, reasons and the first real moves. It does not get you a finished life, and anyone promising that is selling you the thing that already failed.
Where you are settling, what drains you, what you are tolerating, and which parts of your life you never actually picked.
When you were happiest, what you do without being paid, where you thrive, what you actually value. We keep asking why.
Perfectionism, avoidance, people pleasing, staying too long, refusing to try in case it fails. The behaviours that keep repeating.
Stop handing your worth to other people. The goal is not immunity to criticism. It is an internal filter: I hear you, I will consider it, I decide what it means.
Health, money, skills, boundaries, environment, community. Repeated small actions that build evidence and options, not a morning routine that fixes your life.
Do you want the reality or the picture of it? What does an average Tuesday look like? I challenge the idea to make it stronger, not to talk you out of it.
Insight becomes a plan you can actually run. Savings, a skill, a job change, a test, a boundary, a move.
There is no perfect decision. Decide with what you know, live it, take the lesson, adjust, keep going. A path that does not work still tells you something thinking never would.
You will not have your life solved in eight weeks. That is not a disclaimer, it is the point. The goal is that you can do this thinking without me.
Half conversation, half structure. You leave knowing what you want, why, and what the first real moves are.
See First PrinciplesI always pictured a specific life. Nice things, travel, new people, real experiences. What I never had was the how. The picture was vivid and the bridge to it was missing, and that is the exact problem I work on now.
The first thing that changed was a question. I was managing a café, waking before the sun, running on a low hum of stress I had started calling normal. I was the best hand the place had and it was slowly becoming clear that none of it was appreciated. My boss asked me, “Why do you need an assistant manager if I’m paying you?”
A year earlier that would have wrecked me. Instead I said: I don’t know, actually. That’s a really good question. You should find out. You have a month. I leave for Europe soon, and when I come back, I won’t be your manager anymore.
I walked out with a weight off my shoulders I had not known I was carrying. What I understood that day was simple and it took me twenty-six years to get to. Everyone is the main character of their own life. So am I.
What came after was not a straight line. At twenty-one I wanted to model and decided I could not, so I quit right as it started working. For years I read that as irony. Now I read it as mercy. I was not ready, and the years I spent instead running businesses, moving, failing at things, are what made me someone who could hold it. The detour was never a detour. It was the becoming.
I started my first company in my thirty-fourth year and made my first ten thousand dollars in a month. Small against the life I am still building, and the first hard evidence that the path was real and I was on it rather than imagining it.
I am not here because it all worked. I have paid for programmes that were harder than advertised, started things I backed out of, and been burned on things I should have questioned. I am here because I kept going and paid attention, and because most people buying the next answer are trying to purchase clarity that only comes from understanding themselves.
I am not going to tell you what your life should look like. I will help you become someone who can answer that.
Eight weeks. Half of it is conversation, because the problem you walk in with is usually not the real one. Half of it is structure, because insight you don’t act on is just a nice evening.
You will leave knowing what you actually want, why you want it, which parts of your life need to change, and what the first real moves are.
If what you want turns out to require building your own income, I have spent years doing that for other people and we can go there. If you need expertise I do not have, I will point you to someone who does, and I will tell you if I earn anything from the referral.
No. I am not a therapist and I do not treat trauma, depression or any mental health condition. Coaching can look at your patterns and where they came from, but the work is forward-facing and practical. If what you need is clinical care, I will say so rather than take your money.
That is the starting point, not a disqualifier. Most people arrive able to describe what is wrong and unable to describe what they want instead. Figuring that out is the first half of the work.
No, and this is the part most people get wrong. You do not have to change everything today. You do have to stop using that as a reason to change nothing. Eight weeks of building capacity is how the option exists in six months.
A course sells you somebody else’s answer. If that worked, you would not be reading this. The work here is understanding yourself well enough to generate your own answer, then pressure-testing it before you spend a year on it.
No. I ask, challenge, structure and hold you to what you said you wanted. You decide. If I handed you a direction, you would be outsourcing the exact thing we are trying to fix.
We look at why. Was the goal wrong, was it fear, was it avoidance, was the plan unrealistic, or did life genuinely get in the way. Then we adjust. I am not going to shame you, and I am also not going to pretend it did not happen.
No. Most of the people who find me are women, but the qualifier is readiness, not gender. If you are open, willing to be uncomfortable and actually want feedback, this works.
Then that is what I will tell you. I have real business and leadership experience and I will use it where it applies. Where it does not, I would rather point you to the right person than pretend. If I ever earn anything from a referral, you will know.
No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. You will have direction, reasons, a plan and the beginning of trusting your own judgement. The rest is you living it.
Start with the quiz, or send me a note. If it looks like a fit we will talk, and I will give you the full details and the price then.
If you have read this far, you are probably not curious. You are probably done.
